针对某型飞机地面滑行中出现的异常振动,通过数据分析及统计,发现该型飞机在特定速度下滑行时,刹车温度与飞机的振动水平有很强的关联性。通过仔细对比刹车动作与异常振动特征,发现异常振动一般出现在刹车中及刹车结束1~2s,最终判定不对称刹车是引起异常振动的原因。
Aiming at the anomalous vibration of a certain airplane on the ground gliding, through the data analysis and statistics, it is found that there is a strong correlation between the brake temperature and the vibration level when the aircraft glides at a certain speed. Through careful comparison between the braking action and abnormal vibration characteristics, it is found that the abnormal vibration usually occurs in the brake and the brake is over for 1 ~ 2s. As a result, it is determined that the unsymmetrical brake causes the abnormal vibration.
