以水稻秸秆、香蕉茎叶等为试材,采用盆栽试验,研究了不同堆肥的提取液和发酵液不同稀释倍数对番茄根结线虫的防治效果。结果表明:各堆肥提取液和发酵液对番茄根结线虫病都有一定的防治作用。其中平菇培养废料10倍提取液、茶麸5倍提取液和5倍发酵液的防效最好,根结线虫防效达74.19%。其次是水稻秸秆5倍提取液、香蕉茎叶10倍发酵液、玉米秸秆5倍发酵液,根结线虫防效分别为67.74%、66.67%、65.59%。在虫口减退率和虫口防效方面茶麸5倍提取液70d后的防效最好,虫口防效达86.05%。堆肥提取液和发酵液对植物株高的影响较大,但对茎围影响较小。
With rice straw, banana stems and leaves as test materials, pot experiments were conducted to study the control effects of different compost extracts and fermentation broths on root-knot nematodes. The results showed that each of the compost extracts and fermentation broth had some control effects on tomato root-knot nematode disease. Among them, 10-fold extraction of waste mushroom cultivation, 5 times the extract of tea bran and 5 times the best fermentation broth, root knot nematode control efficiency of 74.19%. Followed by 5 times the rice straw extract, banana stems and leaves 10 times the fermentation broth, corn stalk 5 times the fermentation broth, root knot nematode control effect was 67.74%, 66.67%, 65.59%. In the rate of insect population decline and insect population control effect of 5 times the tea bran extract 70d after the best control effect, insect population control effect of 86.05%. Compost extract and fermentation broth had a greater impact on plant height, but had less effect on stem circumference.
