一、设计原则本站为铁路区段给水站,供给四个方向的货物机车上水。由于北线××区间的其他两个主要给水站已进行软水,为配合该区间整个机车交路全部使用软水,确定在本站设置软水所,以供给北线折返的机车使用软水。北线××区间列车运行对数××对,即在本站折返上水机车××台,考虑到本站调车机上水及今后发展每昼夜按60台机车设计。根据机车交路加权平均水质,本站软水质量,按剩余硬度0.05毫克当量/升以下及剩余碱度0.5~1.0毫克当量/升进行设计。遵照伟大领袖毛主席提出的“我们必须打破常规,尽量采用先进技术”的教导,本站软水拟采用六十年代软水新技术——离子移动床软水交换设备。结合我们铁路和本地区的具体情况,按双塔式手动操作设计,同时考虑将来能便于改为电控自动操作。
First, the design principle This station is a railway section water supply station, the supply of four directions of cargo locomotive water. According to the weighted average water quality of the intersection of locomotives, the soft water quality of this station is designed based on the remaining hardness of 0.05 meq/l and the remaining alkalinity of 0.5 to 1.0 meq/l. In accordance with the guidance of Chairman Mao of the Great Leader “We must break the routine and use advanced technology as much as possible”, we plan to adopt the soft water technology of the 1960s—the ionized moving bed soft water exchange equipment. Combined with the specific conditions of our railways and the region, we will design the manual operation according to the twin towers, and at the same time consider that it can be easily changed to electronically controlled automatic operation in the future.
