对河北某钢铁公司热镀锌板表面颗粒状缺陷进行统计,利用化学元素分析和微观组织观察等手段,分析其产生原因。结果表明,当钢液水中Gr、Ni等残余元素之和大于0.07%,氧化铁皮去除不净,且铸坯表面有夹渣时,热镀锌板表面的颗粒状缺陷会明显增加。铸坯表面夹渣和氧化铁皮提供了氧,热镀锌液中含有一定量的铝,在热镀锌条件下即可形成Al2O3夹杂。
Based on the statistics of granular defects on the surface of hot dip galvanized steel sheet of a certain iron and steel company in Hebei Province, the causes were analyzed by means of chemical element analysis and microstructure observation. The results show that when the sum of Gr, Ni and other residual elements in the liquid steel is more than 0.07%, the scale is not removed and the slag on the slab surface is obstructed, the grain defects on the surface of hot dip galvanized steel sheet will increase obviously. Oxygen slag is provided on the surface of the slab and iron oxide scale. A certain amount of aluminum is contained in the hot dip galvanizing bath to form Al2O3 inclusions under hot galvanizing conditions.
