《冶金建筑》自1979年第5期以来,连载了“建筑结构安全度讲座”,对近代安全度理论作了比较系统的介绍。从文中可见,可靠性数学已逐步用于解决结构安全度问题,二阶矩概率法已用于制订设计标准。该法以包含抗力和荷载效应不定性的数学模型,分析出结构的安全指标(β)。安全指标又与结构失效概率一一对应,使结构的安全可靠性有了比较科学的衡量尺度,为校准和调整现行规范的安全度水平,为制订新的设计规范提供了良好的工具。安全指标:
Since the 5th issue of 1979, “Metallurgy Architecture” serialized the “Seminar on the Safety of Building Structures” and introduced a comparatively systematic introduction to the theory of modern safety. It can be seen from the text that reliability mathematics has been gradually used to solve the problem of structural safety, and second-order moment probability method has been used to formulate design standards. The method analyzes the structural safety index (β) with a mathematical model that includes the undetermined resistance and load effects. The safety indicators are also in one-to-one correspondence with structural failure probabilities, making the safety and reliability of the structure a relatively scientific measurement scale. It provides a good tool for the calibration and adjustment of the current normative level of safety and for the formulation of new design specifications. Safety indicator:
