为了解决空降部队着陆后的机动性和运送问题,西德军方于10多年前就委托福恩公司研制了克拉卡(Kraka—机动小车或微型越野车)这—0.75吨级的多种用途车,但直到1974年5月份才开始按每月100辆提供给空降部队,到1974年11月底军方共得到762辆。
