苏37-49井是内蒙古呼伦贝尔地区设计最深的一口评价井,设计井深3300m,完钻井深3580m。该井裸眼井段长,井底温度高,地层倾角大,煤层易发生井漏,泥岩井段易坍塌,钻井完井难度大。施工中采取新型硅氟聚磺防塌钻井液体系,有效解决了上述难题。介绍了苏37-49井的施工情况,提出了几点认识和建议。
Su 37-49 well is the deepest evaluation well in Hulunbeier, Inner Mongolia. The designed well depth is 3300m and the drilling depth is 3580m. The length of open hole in the well is long, the bottomhole temperature is high, and the dip of formation is large. Lost in the coal seam is easy to occur, and the mudstone section collapses easily, making drilling and completion difficult. Construction of a new fluorosilicone anti-collapse drilling fluid system to effectively solve the above problems. The construction situation of Su 37-49 well was introduced, some suggestions and suggestions were put forward.
