在疟原虫入侵红细胞的过程中,裂殖子对红细胞的识别结合,具有特异性。这种特异性在于宿主红细胞膜上存在裂殖子的受体。一般认为人红细胞膜血型糖蛋白A可能为恶性疟原虫裂殖子的受体,而对血型糖蛋白B在恶性疟原虫入侵红细胞过程的作用,报道甚少,因此,本实验试图对血型糖蛋白B与恶性疟原虫入侵红细胞的关系作一探讨。 本实验分二部分。第一部分,采用改良的方法,制备了人红细胞膜血型糖蛋白B和A。首先,用蒸馏水溶破,酸沉淀的方法,制备了含血红蛋白的血影,然后用氯仿——甲醇抽提血影,得到了血型糖蛋白粗提物,再经制备性十二烷基硫酸
