下颌骨与牙齿在人体美容及咀嚼功能方面占有重要地位。但是，对颌面部肿瘤手术、外伤等所致的下颌骨缺损，除了恢复下颌骨的连续性之外，更重要的是牙列的恢复和口腔功能的重建，以提高病员的生存质量。近年来，采用全套Ｂｒａｎｅｍａｒｋ种植系统，应用髂骨移植一期修复下颌骨缺损，同期或延期植入骨结合式种植体，临床效果满意。在下颌骨缺损功能重建方面取得了一些经验和体会。
