随着苏州社会经济发展,大量农村人口涌入,新市民子女的受教育需求急剧增加,新建的初中学校便应运而生。这样的学校政府投入大、社会期望高,但这些学校生源结构有着特殊性,设施设备、人员组成、规章制度、学校运作都是新的,办出一所好学校,面临着不小的考验。那么,我们该如何去办好这样一座能让家长满意,能让学生成长,能满足社会各界要求的学校呢?为此,申报了省级课题《城市化进程下新建学校与师范高校联合的办学实践研究》,为了了解学生的起点,学校开展了一次校园开放日活动,通过让学生亲身体验学校教学的方式,来调查学生平时的学习状况,以及学生对学校的期待。
With the socio-economic development in Suzhou and the influx of a large number of rural population, the education needs of new citizens and children have dramatically increased. Newly-built middle schools have emerged. However, the structure of student resources in these schools is very special. The facilities, personnel, rules and regulations, and the operation of schools are all new. To run a good school faces a lot of challenges. So, how should we do such a school that parents can satisfy, growth of students, to meet the community requirements? To this end, declared a provincial project “under the process of urbanization of new schools and normal colleges and universities jointly run the school Practice study ”. In order to understand the students’ starting point, the school conducted a campus open day to investigate the students’ normal learning conditions and the students’ expectations of the school by letting students experience the teaching of the school firsthand.
