本文从法律与文学的研究角度分析了影片《Monster》的原型艾伦·沃诺斯(Aileen Carol Wuornos)的案例,解析了这个美国历史上第一个女连环杀手的犯罪动机。从她特殊的成长环境、不幸的童年经历以及性别、职业、情感生活等多个方面分析了其犯罪原因及动机。由于此案例的典型性,作者得以对女性犯罪、亚文化犯罪的原因和动机进行讨论,并将标签理论、犯罪机会理论等应用于此实际案例。
This article analyzes the case of Aileen Carol Wuornos from the perspective of law and literature and analyzes the criminal motive of the first female serial killer in the history of the United States. From its special growth environment, unfortunate childhood experience and gender, occupation, emotional life and other aspects of its crime and motivation. Due to the typical nature of the case, the author is able to discuss the causes and motivations of female crimes and subcultural crimes, and apply the label theory and crime opportunity theory to this actual case.
