之所以一直以来,我国党的全部事务处理得如此妥当,战斗力飞速提升,主要原因就是基层党建工作科学化水平获得合理改善。须知现阶段国际形势变得日渐复杂,社会改革深度持续强化,因此,基层党建工作便更加需要被给予充分的重视。在此类背景下,笔者决定在客观论证基层党建工作科学化的基础性特征前提下,结合实际探讨日后究竟怎样有效率地提升基层党建工作科学化水平,希望至此过后,为我国特色社会主义事业发展贡献更多的支持服务力量。
The reason why all the party’s affairs in our country have been handled properly and the fighting efficiency has been rapidly improved is mainly due to the reasonable improvement of the scientific level of party-building at the grassroots level. Attention must be drawn to the fact that the international situation has become increasingly complicated and the social reform has continued to intensify at this stage. Therefore, grass-roots party-building work needs to be given more due attention. Under such circumstances, I decided to objectively demonstrate the grassroots party building under the premise of the scientific foundation, combined with the actual situation in the future how to effectively enhance the scientific level of grassroots party building, hope that after this, for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics Development contributes more to supporting service forces.
