目的 研究虫草制剂对糖尿病大鼠肾脏病变的保护作用及其机制。方法 将实验动物随机分为正常对照组、糖尿病模型组、开博通治疗组及虫草制剂治疗组。观察虫草制剂对肾小球形态、肾小球基底膜超微结构、尿微量白蛋白、尿N -乙酰 - β -D氨基葡萄糖苷酶 (NAG)、血胆固醇、血甘油三酯、血肌酐的影响。 结果 糖尿病大鼠出现明显的肾功能损害和脂代谢紊乱。虫草制剂能明显降低糖尿病大鼠尿蛋白、尿NAG、血胆固醇、血甘油三酯、血肌酐 ,抑制肾脏肥大 ,延缓肾小球基底膜增厚及足突融合 (P <0 .0 1) ,其作用优于开博通 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 虫草制剂对糖尿病肾病具有保护作用。此作用可能与减轻内皮细胞损伤和抗脂质过氧化作用有关
Objective To study the protective effect of Cordyceps preparation on diabetic nephropathy and its mechanism. Methods Experimental animals were randomly divided into normal control group, diabetic model group, Kaibutong treatment group and Cordyceps preparation treatment group. The effects of Chinese caterpillar fungus preparations on glomerular morphology, ultrastructure of glomerular basement membrane, urine microalbuminuria, urinary N - acetyl - β - D glucosaminidase (NAG), blood cholesterol, triglycerides, serum creatinine influences. Results Diabetic rats showed obvious renal dysfunction and dyslipidemia. Cordyceps preparations can significantly reduce diabetic rats urine protein, urine NAG, blood cholesterol, triglycerides, serum creatinine, renal hypertrophy, delayed glomerular basement membrane thickening and foot process fusion (P <0.01), Its effect is superior to open Broadcom (P <0. 01). Conclusion Cordyceps preparations have a protective effect on diabetic nephropathy. This effect may be related to the reduction of endothelial cell injury and anti-lipid peroxidation
