B型超声诊断仪声象S形扭曲故障排除2例

故障1:美国ADR—4000超声诊断仪,观察监视器两侧光栅声象呈S形扭曲,亮度、对比度调节正常,附加监视器光栅正常。分析此故障是由于观察监视器水平扫描部份纹波较大所造成的干扰。拆下该机观察监视器扫描电路板(No.01—025505—001),经检查可见旁路电容器C 18(100uf/16V)一脚有脱焊,与电路接触不良。对此处加锡补焊,重新装机通电试验后,上述扭曲现象消失。经较长时间使用,未再出现S形扭曲,证明故障彻底排除。 故障2:Aloka SSD—256超声诊断仪,该机附加监视器顶部光栅声象呈水平S形扭曲,亮度对比度调节正常,观察监视器工作正常。分析该故障部位仅局限于附加监视器扫描电路。打开附加监 Fault 1: US ADR-4000 ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, observing the monitor on both sides of the grating sound image was S-shaped distortion, brightness, contrast adjustment is normal, the additional monitor grating normal. Analysis of this failure is due to observation of the monitor horizontal scanning part of the ripple caused by the larger interference. Remove the machine observation monitor scanning circuit board (No.01-025505-001), the inspection shows bypass capacitor C 18 (100uf / 16V) a foot off the solder, poor contact with the circuit. Add tin solder repair here, re-installed power test, the distortion disappears. After a longer period of use, there is no longer S-shaped distortion to prove that the failure completely ruled out. Fault 2: Aloka SSD-256 ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus, the aircraft attached to the top of the monitor raster sound was horizontal S-shaped distortion, brightness contrast adjustment is normal, observe the monitor is working properly. Analysis of the fault location is limited to additional monitor scan circuit. Open Additional Supervisor
