由于分配与法律之间的密切关系所决定,经济法在社会分配过程中具有特殊的地位和作用。但是,应对极具复杂性的社会分配问题,经济法在调整社会分配关系时,既面临着发生在国家、企业与个人之间的分配关系的范围限制,也面临着来自于政府有限理性以及预算、税收和财政支出等调整方法方面的局限。因此,经济法在社会分配中的作用和边界问题值得关注与重视。
