研究了一种模具钢的碳化物尺寸及间距与抗冲击性能的关系,分析了不同尺寸碳化物的微空穴成核功和长大功,指出最大冲击韧性与临界碳化物尺寸相对应。
The relationship between carbide size and spacing and impact resistance of a die steel was investigated. The nucleation and growth of microcavities with different sizes of carbides were analyzed, and the maximum impact toughness was shown to correspond to the critical carbide size.
