一、前言 我厂采用铝质蒸发器二年后,发现箱口蒸发器铝管内漏的现象。据1991年和1992年内17个月统计,直接造成180多万元以上经济损失而且还有增加趋势。在此情况下,我厂开展了关于箱口蒸发器铝管被腐蚀原因和防蚀方法的研究工作,此工作以研究铝管被腐蚀原因,如何提高其防蚀性能,增加其使用寿命为宗旨,对于采用铝质发生器的冰箱厂家,应用铝质管蒸发器防蚀技术意义深远,我厂自应用铝质蒸发器防蚀技术至今,三年多来未发现蒸发器内漏,每年直接为厂创造至少180多万元的经济效益。
