目的:观察心理干预对军校体能考核学员心理健康水平的影响。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和应对方式问卷(CSQ),对军校体能考核学员190例进行心理健康水平测评。结果:心理干预前,军校体能考核学员除强迫症状、偏执、精神病性因子外,SCL-90其他各项因子分值均显著高于中国军人常模(P<0.05);心理干预后,抑郁、焦虑和恐怖因子分值显著低于心理干预前(P<0.05),与中国军人常模比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。心理干预前,CSQ中解决问题、自责、求助和退避因子分值显著高于中国军人常模(P<0.05);心理干预后,CSQ中自责、求助和退避因子分值显著低于心理干预前;除解决问题因子分值显著高于中国军人常模外(P<0.01),CSQ其他因子分值与中国军人常模比较,差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结论:心理干预能够显著提高军校体能考核学员总体心理健康水平。
Objective: To observe the effect of psychological intervention on mental health of students in military physical examination. Methods: The SCL-90 and CSQ questionnaires were used to assess the mental health of 190 cadets. Results: Before psychological intervention, SCL-90 scores of SCL-90 were significantly higher than those of Chinese soldiers (P <0.05), except for obsessive-compulsive symptoms, paranoid and psychotic factors. The scores of anxiety and terrorist factors were significantly lower than those before psychological intervention (P <0.05), but not significantly different from those of Chinese soldiers (P> 0.05). Before psychological intervention, the score of CSQ in solving problems, self-reproach, help-seeking and back-off factors was significantly higher than that of Chinese soldiers (P <0.05). After psychological intervention, the score of self-blame, Before intervention, the scores of other factors of CSQ were not significantly different from those of Chinese soldiers (P> 0.05) except that the score of solving the problem factor was significantly higher than that of Chinese servicemen (P <0.01). Conclusion: Psychological intervention can significantly improve the overall mental health of students in military physical examination.
