长干1号隧道是交通部典型示范工程黄塔(桃)高速公路控制工程,隧道跨度大,安全质量和环保要求高,技术复杂。隧道右线进口段埋深浅,地面横坡较陡,围岩松散,地质条件差,多次发生坍塌、冒顶事故。采用密排超前管棚与地表深孔预注浆相结合,给开挖提供棚架支撑,加固松散土体,防止开挖中掌子面垮塌,并灵活采用双侧壁导坑法、中壁法、环形留核心土开挖法等不同开挖方法、浅埋偏压施工技术和监控量测新技术,确保施工质量与安全。
Changan-1 tunnel is a typical demonstration project of the Ministry of Transportation Yellow Tower (peach) highway control project, the tunnel span, safety and quality and environmental protection requirements, technical complexity.
