采用国际通用的QOL、SF-36量表对有色矿山不同作业环境职工进行生命质量和健康状况的问卷调查。矿山井下作业人员的食欲、睡眠、日常生活、生活兴趣、情绪、工作环境、生活环境、躯体自觉功能、身体健康状况、情绪角色功能、精神健康情况、总体健康状况等方面的量化评分与接近常模的后勤工作人员之间存在着显著差异(P<0.01)。同时,探讨了不同环境下职工生命质量健康状况差别的原因,为企业改善井下作业环境,改善职工生活条件,预防职业病和杜绝工亡事故起到积极的指导作用。
An internationally accepted QOL and SF-36 questionnaire was used to survey the quality of life and health of employees in different operating environments in non-ferrous mines. Mine workers down the appetite, sleep, daily life, interest in life, emotions, work environment, living environment, physical function, physical health, emotional role function, mental health, overall health status and other aspects of the quantitative score and close to normal There was a significant difference between moderated logistics staff (P <0.01). At the same time, the reasons for the difference in the quality of life of employees under different environments were explored, which played an active guiding role for enterprises to improve the underground working environment, improve the living conditions of workers, prevent occupational diseases and prevent accidents.
