我县自1958年开始新生儿卡介苗接种,至1975年儿童严重结核无明显减少,经对4个公社进行调查,接种率仅为35.8％,阳转率仅为50％,为此我们对全县大队医生普遍进行培训,同时要求公社卫生院加强管理,制定菌苗领发制度,为大队配备了专用设备,1976年又对7个公社进行调查,接种率为57.7％(521/904),虽有所进步,但仍然很差,各公社发展不平衡。我们发现接种质量高的公社是由卫生院医务人员亲自
