我国为促进高职院校内发展和教师专业发展,推行高职院校绩效工资制度。目前,我国高职院校绩效工资制度的实施存在着一定问题,考核机制不健全,岗位设置存在问题,管理过程中也有需要解决的困境。促进高职院校绩效工资的实施需要制定出合理的绩效评价体系,计算出绩效工资所占比例,核算绩效工资总量,实现信息的公开透明,树立正确的绩效工资管理理念,充分发挥绩效工资体系在高职院校职业教育中的导向作用。
