今年是依据“教学基本要求”进行高考命题的第二年。与去年相比,今年高考物理试题继续坚持了“强调基础,强调能力”的考查要求,试题内容和程度基本上是符合命题原则的。这是试题的优点。但我们认为试题还存在着许多不足之处,其中: 一、部分考试内容超出教育部规定的高考范围。教育部颁发的《1985年高考复习范围》中明确规定“试题内容:不超过中学使用统编教材所能达到的程度。……高考命题范围将不超出基本要求,……”对照这个命题原则,我们可以发现考卷中有些题目是超出了范围的,如
