β修正光度法能完全消除反应体系中过量显色剂干扰准确计算络合产物真实吸光度。络合剂有效反应百分率、络分比及络合物真实摩尔吸光系数数学计算式已被建立。本文研究汞─双硫腙反应体系,结果表明Hg0~0.40mg/L浓度范围,Ac遵守Beer定律,500um波长下汞─双流腙络合物摩尔吸光系数εt=5.8×104L·mol-1·cm-1;络合物组成比为Hg(Ⅱ):双硫腙是1:2;汞检出限0.01mg/L。
β modified photometric method can completely eliminate the interference of the excess chromogenic reagent in the reaction system and accurately calculate the true absorbance of the complex product. The effective reaction percentage of complexing agent, the ratio of complexation and the mathematical formula of the true molar extinction coefficient of complex have been established. In this paper, the mercury-dithizone reaction system was studied. The results showed that in the concentration range of Hg0 ~ 0.40mg / L, Ac obeys the Beer Law. The molar extinction coefficient of mercury-double hydrazone complex at 500um wavelength is εt = 5.8 × 104L · mol- 1 · cm -1; the complex composition ratio is Hg (Ⅱ): dithizone is 1: 2; the limit of detection of mercury is 0.01 mg / L.
