目的通过了解常州地区电池生产企业铅作业工人职业健康状况,更好地指导企业职业卫生安全工作的开展。方法选择常州市5家蓄电池生产企业和1家太阳能电池生产企业1 170名铅作业人员进行职业健康检查,对不同人群中血铅超标和贫血发生情况进行统计分析。结果太阳能电池生产企业血铅超标和贫血的发生率(分别为0和6.0%)均低于蓄电池生产企业(分别为12.3%和14.2%),年龄偏大是血铅超标的危险因素;男性的心电图异常率(27.8%)高于女性(11.8%),女性的贫血发生率(11.5%)高于男性(2.8%)。结论电池生产企业应针对高危人群重点加强职业健康检查工作和职业卫生安全教育。
Objective To understand the occupational health status of lead workers in Changzhou battery manufacturing enterprises and to better guide the development of occupational health and safety of enterprises. Methods A total of 1,170 lead workers from 5 battery manufacturers and 1 solar cell manufacturer in Changzhou City were selected for occupational health examination. Statistical analysis was conducted on the levels of lead in blood and anemia in different populations. Results The incidences of excessive blood lead and anemia in solar cell manufacturers were lower than those in battery manufacturers (12.3% and 14.2% respectively) (0 and 6.0%, respectively). Older age was a risk factor for excessive lead levels in males The abnormal rate of electrocardiogram (27.8%) was higher than that of females (11.8%), and that of females was 11.5% higher than that of males (2.8%). Conclusion Battery manufacturers should focus on occupational health checks and occupational health and safety education for high-risk groups.
