我们平顶山煤矿机械厂建于1968年,主导产品是液压支架和乳化液泵站,是国家机械委确定的综合机械化采煤支护设备重点生产厂之一。1982年以来,在上级领导部门的正确指导下,我厂坚持“科技兴厂”的指导思想,依靠科技进步,不断开发新产品,积极推广新技术、新工艺、新材料、新设备,使我厂产品品种、质量、效益都能持续稳定地增长和提高,增强了企业的活力和后劲,促使我厂经济的发展由外延型转变为内涵型,由粗放型生产转变为科技先导型生产,由速度型转变为质量效益型。从而实现了“一年变面貌,两年翻一番”的目标。1990年,产值、利税均为1989年的2倍;实现利润比1989年增加65%。1991年1月至9月,完成产值3044.2万元,是1990年同期的144%,实现利税287万元。1989年晋升为省一级企业。我们依靠科技进步的具体做法是:
