目的 :预测硫酸庆大霉素合剂的贮存期。方法 :采用比色法 ,在 42 0nm波长处测定庆大霉素的含量 ,用恒温加速法预测其稳定性。结果 :在室温下 (2 5℃ )本品的有效贮存期为 6 .5 4个月。结论 :本制剂基本符合医院制剂的贮存要求。
Objective: To predict the shelf life of gentamicin sulfate mixture. Methods: The colorimetric method was used to determine the content of gentamicin at the wavelength of 4200nm. The stability of gentamicin was predicted by isothermal acceleration method. Results: The effective storage period of this product was 6.54 months at room temperature (25 ℃). Conclusion: The preparation basically meets the storage requirements of hospital preparations.
