实施西部大开发战略,是党中央高瞻远瞩、统揽全局、审时度势作出的重大决策,是我国西部经济加快发展,特别是西部边远贫困地区摆脱贫困,缩小与内地差距千载难逢的大好机遇。现在,我就地处西南横断山脉地区,辖内四县都是国家级贫困县的云南省怒江傈僳族自治州的情况,谈谈边远贫困地区金融支持西部大开发战略实施问题的思考。
