2013年10月16日至18日,桂林市地方志办公室召开《桂林年鉴(2013)》评稿会。评稿采用评、讲、学结合的方式。办公室全体人员分成8个小组参加评议。评稿会上,每个小组指定一名主讲人对评审意见进行讲解,讲解内容包括优点、不足及需讨论研究三项内容。小组评议结束后,由办公室领导做点评及小结。会后,每个小组还需提交书面评稿意见。
From October 16 to October 18, 2013, Guilin Local History Office held “Guilin Yearbook (2013)” reviewing conference. Judging comments, speaking, learning a combination of ways. The office staff is divided into eight groups to participate in the review. At the review meeting, each team designated a speaker to explain the assessment opinions. The explanation includes the advantages and disadvantages as well as the three items to be discussed. After the group appraisal, the office leaders make comments and briefings. After the meeting, each group also needs to submit written comments and comments.
