笔者在检察机关工作,接触刑事技术七年,记不清参加过多少次案件现场勘验,处理过多少尸体。见多不怪,随着岁月的流逝很多案件已经淡忘了,然而那起因个体小煤井违章作业而造成的特大责任事故的现场勘验至今记忆犹新。事故发生在1996年9月11日,地点广西合山市下麦村,四口相通的个体煤井违章开采发生严重透水,41人被淹井下,其中38人丧生,3人在被困8天后获救。合山市与忻城县相邻,煤矿资源丰富,有广西煤都之称,小煤井星罗棋布随处可见,煤井事故也不断发生。也许是事故发生太多了,采煤的农民麻木了,他们对事故不怕也不惊,很沉得住气。够“大义凛
