评标是招投标实践的的关键环节，它涉及到选择怎样的承建企业而使建设项目达到投资省、工期短和质量优的目的。本文提出了一种基于模糊集理论的评标模糊优选决策方法，并阐明了该方法具体的决策步骤。
Evaluation of bids is a key link in the practice of tendering and bidding. It involves the selection of what kind of construction companies to achieve so that the construction projects can achieve the goals of investment, short construction period and high quality. This paper proposes a fuzzy optimization decision method based on fuzzy set theory, and clarifies the specific decision steps of this method.
