自1982年起,我们和中国建研院结构所、清华大学、北京市建筑设计研究院等单位合作探索大开间大进深的住宅结构新布局,并相继建成了几幢标准层大开间、底部大空间的高层住宅试点工程。根据北京市近几年以建筑多层住宅为主的住宅建设政策,从去年初又开始了大开间少内纵墙的多层灵活住宅结构的研究和实践。
