阿巴嘎旗位于内蒙古中北部,北与蒙古国接壤。阿巴嘎系蒙古语“叔叔”之意,是成吉思汗胞弟别力古台的封地,悠久的历史孕育了丰富的文化。但随着物质水平的提高,牧区出现了一些大操大办、盲目消费等不文明现象。因此,我旗在牧区精神文明建设中,紧紧围绕培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,以建设“美丽阿巴嘎”为主题,以提升牧民文明素质为核心,紧贴地气,创新载体,不断加大宣传引导和教育感化力度,牧民的文明程
Abaga flag is located in the north-central Inner Mongolia, bordering Mongolia on the north.
