为有利于加快长江三角洲的开放和开发,经酝酿磋商,江浙两省十三城市计委联席会议第一次会议于5月21日至23日在杭州召开。参加会议的有南京、无锡、苏州、常州、镇江、扬州、南通、宁波、嘉兴、湖州、绍兴、舟山、杭州市的计委主任及有关同志42人。会议期间浙江省计经委、杭州市委、市人大的领导同志到会看望了代表,并对会议的召开表示祝贺和支持。会议着重交流了各市十年规划和“八五”计划的编制工作经验、重点内容,并围绕如何策应、配合上海浦东开发进行了研讨。
In order to help speed up the opening up and development of the Yangtze River Delta, the first meeting of the joint meeting of the 13 cities planning commissions of Jiangsu and Zhejiang Province was held in Hangzhou from May 21 to May 23 through deliberation and consultation. The meeting was attended by 42 directors from Planning Commission of Nanjing, Wuxi, Suzhou, Changzhou, Zhenjiang, Yangzhou, Nantong, Ningbo, Jiaxing, Huzhou, Shaoxing, Zhoushan and Hangzhou. During the meeting, leading comrades of Zhejiang Province Economic Commission and Hangzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal People’s Congress met with delegates and congratulated and supported the convening of the meeting. The meeting focused on exchanging experiences in the preparation of the 10-year plan and the Eighth Five-Year Plan of each city and its key contents and conducted discussions on how to coordinate with the development of Shanghai Pudong.
