我们设计了一个用微机对地膜吹塑机进行控制的实时系统,该系统对地膜的厚度及加工温度进行控制,要求厚度控制误差小于2μm,温度控制误差小于±5℃。该系统的中心机(Z80CPU)与现场均采用了光电隔离器,避免现场的电磁干扰,使系统稳定可靠。硬件采用了S100标准总线插件形式,结构简单,更换方便。软件采用了多进程分时调度结构,提高了实时性能。系统中有18路温度信号和3路厚度信号及32路开关信号输
We designed a real-time system that uses a microcomputer to control the film blow molding machine. The system controls the thickness of the film and the processing temperature. The thickness control error is less than 2μm and the temperature control error is less than ± 5 ℃. The center of the system (Z80CPU) and the site are optoelectronic isolators to avoid the scene of electromagnetic interference, the system is stable and reliable. The hardware adopts the S100 standard bus plug-in form, the structure is simple and the replacement is convenient. Software uses a multi-process time-sharing scheduling structure to improve real-time performance. The system has 18 temperature signals and 3 thickness signal and 32 switch signal input
