一、绪言硫氮共渗是比较新的表面热处理方法,主要在欧洲普及,最近几年,美国也从各方面开始注意。在工业上,这种硫氮共渗法最初在1953年发表于法国,以后欧美在各方面作了研究,并开始了各种硫氮共渗表面热处理方法。几年前,在法国创立了将氮渗入并扩散到钢中,在提高了钢的耐磨性和抗疲劳性能的同时,由于硫的渗入而增加了润滑性的低公害盐浴硫氮共渗法,并在日本也经引进。可是在硫氮共渗法实际应用之际,有必要研究一下其渗层的机械性能,特别是耐磨性和疲劳性能。但有关耐磨性的研究较多,关于疲劳特性的研究较少。作者在调查硫氮共渗钢渗层性能的同时,明确了渗层的疲劳特性,并与已往的软氮化法作了比较。
