患者,女,46岁。因“双下肢乏力伴双眼睑下垂20 d”入院。门诊胸部CT示:(1)前纵隔肿瘤(胸腺瘤)并前纵隔淋巴结增大;(2)左肺少许纤维硬结灶,左肺下叶边缘部间质略增厚(图1、2)。术前予以溴吡斯的明60 mg口服,每天3次,肌无力症状控制良好。行左前上纵隔肿瘤切除术,肿瘤位于肺门前方,大小约7 cm×5 cm×4 cm,实性,边界清,包膜完整且包膜表面血供丰富,活动度可,完
Patient, female, 46 years old. Due to “double lower extremity fatigue with double eyelid ptosis 20d ” admission. Outpatient chest CT showed: (1) anterior mediastinal tumors (thymoma) and anterior mediastinal lymph nodes increased; (2) a little left lung fibrosis, left margin of the lower edge of the thickening between the margin of the lower lobe (Figure 1,2). Premedication to pyridostigmine 60 mg orally, 3 times a day, with good control of muscle weakness symptoms. Left anterior superior mediastinum tumor resection, the tumor is located in front of the hilar, the size of about 7 cm × 5 cm × 4 cm, solid, border clear, complete capsule and the surface of the capsule rich in blood supply, activity can be finished
