轮库管道建于1991年7月,1992年7月投入运营。管道全长191.79km,管径为φ377×(6～7)mm,管材为TS 52K、X52两种,为宝鸡钢管厂生产的高频电阻焊直缝管。管道外包缠石油沥青防腐覆盖层,同时采用外加电流阴极保护相结合。全线共设5座阴极保护站,管道运行工况为60℃以下原油。 轮库线虽然埋地只有5年多时间,但在防腐层地面检漏中发现漏点增加趋势比较严重。通过开挖补漏发现产生漏点的原因如下。
