他巴唑致粒细胞缺乏症六例治疗体会

他巴唑是治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的主要药物之一,主要副作用为白细胞减少,药疹。严重者致粒细胞缺乏症。本文报道我院1996年至1998年4月收治的6例甲亢患者,用他巴唑治疗导致粒细胞缺乏症的治疗体会。

Methimazole is one of the main drugs for the treatment of hyperthyroidism, the main side effects of leukopenia, drug eruption. Severe agranulocytosis. This article reports from 1996 to 1998 in our hospital admitted to 6 cases of hyperthyroidism patients, treatment with mabazol resulted in the treatment of agranulocytosis.
