1 病例介绍患者 ,男性 ,2 0岁 ,因高热、咳嗽在某乡医院拟诊为“肺炎” ,抗炎治疗 10天 ,后因鼻衄、牙龈出血、血便 ,拟诊为“白血病” ,转入上级医院治疗 ,经骨髓穿刺检验排除了“白血病”。摄胸部Ｘ线后诊断为“急性粟粒型肺结核” ,于 1999年 5月 8日转入我站。体检 :体温
1 Case Description Patients, males, 20 years old, due to fever, cough in a rural hospital to be diagnosed as “pneumonia”, anti-inflammatory treatment for 10 days, due to epistaxis, bleeding gums, bloody stools, to be diagnosed as “leukemia” Into the higher hospital for treatment, the bone marrow puncture test ruled out “leukemia.” After the chest X-ray diagnosis of “acute miliary tuberculosis”, on May 8, 1999 transferred to my station.
