我们用军事医学科学院提供的McAb(OKT_3、T_4、T_8、HLA-DR)检测了22种、200人次的周围血白细胞免疫表型。发现白血病、淋巴瘤的异常改变相似:T_3、T_4、T_8比值降低(P<0.01);HLA-DR比值增高(P<0.001);胃癌、食道癌仅T_4/T_8比值降低,见附表。其他疾病如类风湿性关节炎、病毒性感冒、哮喘症、过敏性紫癜、缺铁性贫血、溃疡病、肝硬化、高血压病、败血症、肺炎、肺心病、肾盂炎、肾炎、脑梗塞、胃炎、冠心病、心肌梗塞、甲亢等18种疾患皆于正常范围。
We used 22 McAbs (OKT_3, T_4, T_8, HLA-DR) provided by the Academy of Military Medical Sciences to detect peripheral blood leukocyte immunophenotypes in 22 and 200 individuals. The abnormal changes of leukemia and lymphoma were found to be similar: the ratios of T 3, T 4 and T 8 decreased (P <0.01); the ratio of HLA-DR increased (P <0.001); only the ratio of T 4 / T 8 decreased in gastric cancer and esophageal cancer. Other diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, viral influenza, asthma, Henoch-Schonlein purpura, iron deficiency anemia, ulcer disease, cirrhosis, hypertension, septicemia, pneumonia, cor pulmonale, Gastritis, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, hyperthyroidism and other 18 kinds of diseases are in the normal range.
