还原型谷胱甘肽(TAD)是由谷氨酸、胱氨酸、甘氨酸组成的三肽,含活性的SH基健,参与体内重要生化反应,具有保护细胞膜、促进肝细胞代谢、解毒、清除自由基及胆汁排泌等功能。上海市传染病医院、新华医院、华东医院共应用TAD治疗病毒性肝炎53例,药物性肝炎4例,脂肪肝2例,现将结果报告如下。1 资料与方法 1.1 病例选择 本组中男50例,女9例;年龄16~83岁,平均43.5岁。病毒性肝炎53例均按1995年第五次全国传染病与寄生虫病学术会议(北京)修订的病毒性肝炎防治方案的诊断分型
