当“搞活国有企业”成为社会焦点的时候,企业中小学教育人士议论最多的则是“企业中小学教育是否与企业分离”、“如何分离”这类问题。企业中小学教育分离涉及办学体制和管理体制的改革,事关企业中小学教育能否稳定与继续发展,笔者认为有必要进行探讨,以澄清认识和提出相应对策。
When “invigorating state-owned enterprises” has become the focus of society, the most talked about primary and secondary education in enterprises is “whether the separation of primary and secondary schools and enterprises,” “how to separate” such issues. The separation of education from primary and secondary education in enterprises involves the reform of the system of running schools and the management system, which concerns the stability and continued development of the primary and secondary education in the enterprises. I think it is necessary to explore ways to clarify the understanding and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
