花菇的市场价格往往是普通香菇的1～2倍,经济效益较高,所以,在香菇栽培时,人们多愿培育出花菇,以提高自己的生产效益。深秋至初春季节,尤其是冬季,是培育花菇的理想季节,但在实际生产中,有的菇农生产的花菇量却不甚理想,甚至不出花菇。其实只要掌握好产生花菇的物质要素和管理要素,便可顺利多产出花菇。
