以 3年生巨峰、藤稔葡萄为试材 ,于花前 7～ 8天喷布 0 .0 1mg·L- 1和 0 .0 5mg·L- 1的油菜素内酯 ,盛花期采花取花粉 ,用蔗糖琼脂培养基置不同温度条件下做花粉发芽试验。结果表明 :油菜素内酯能明显促进花粉发芽和花粉管伸长 ,0 .0 5mg·L- 1处理效果更显著
