《中共中央关于再废止和宣布失效一批党内法规和规范性文件的决定》不久前发布,标志着中央党内法规和规范性文件集中清理工作全部完成。中央纪委作为本次清理工作的参与机关,经过两个阶段的工作,共对626件党内法规和规范性文件进行了清理。其中,建议废止或废止108件,失效或宣布失效120件,修改31件,继续有效367件。下一步中央纪委将重点做好三个方面的工作,进一步推动党内法规和规范性文件清理工作
The recent announcement by the CPC Central Committee about the decision to repeal and invalidate a number of inner-party laws and regulatory documents has marked the complete completion of central-party cleanup of laws and normative documents in the Central Committee. As a participating organ of the clean-up work, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection conducted a total of 626 pieces of inner-party legal rules and normative documents after going through two phases of work. Among them, it is proposed to abolish or repeal 108 pieces, invalid or declare 120 invalid ones, amend 31 ones and continue to work for 367 ones.
