农村剩余劳动力向非农产业的转移,是随着国家工业深化、产业结构演变升级过程的必然现象,也是促进工业化和城市化发展进程的重要因素。积极探索农村劳动力转移的途径、模式,实现农村劳动力顺利转移是国民经济持续、快速、健康发展的重要保障。
The transfer of rural surplus labor to non-agricultural industries is an inevitable phenomenon with the deepening of industrialization and upgrading of industrial structure in our country. It is also an important factor in promoting the process of industrialization and urbanization. Active exploration of the ways and modes of rural labor transfer and the smooth transfer of rural labor force are the important guarantees for the sustained, rapid and healthy development of the national economy.
