[病例466]患者20岁,男,初诊于1963年3月20日。病历:5年前患结膜炎,长期不愈。半年前起患严重的眼睛疲劳,见光如彩虹,复视,眼睛非常难受。患者1年半前起鼻两侧至颊部,围绕咀唇,患上下腭发红斑鳞屑性湿疹。20岁的小伙子。好像围着咀和鼻子涂沫上一层口红那样非常难看,患者不敢外出。由于病没有治好而很悲观。营养稍差,贫血不那么严重。脉弱,稍有胸胁苦满。
[Case 466] The patient was 20 years old, male, and was newly diagnosed on March 20, 1963. Medical records: 5 years ago, suffering from conjunctivitis, long-term unhealed. Six months ago, I suffered severe eye fatigue. I saw rainbows of light, diplopia, and my eyes were very uncomfortable. One and a half years ago, the patient developed bilateral cheeks around the nose, around the lips, suffering from erythematous scaly eczema. 20-year old man. It was as if it was very ugly to apply a layer of lipstick around the mouth and nose. The patient did not dare to go outside. Because the disease is not cured and very pessimistic. Nutrition is slightly worse and anemia is less severe. The pulse is weak and there is a slight chest pain and fullness.
