采用30只SD雄性大鼠复制去势脾虚模型,胃内注入100%虫草菌水煎液可明显改变病理状态下胃电节律、峰电位、胃运动收缩频率及幅度。可能与细胞膜电钠泵周期性增强或兴奋有直接关系,使平滑肌收缩幅度加大、促进Ca~(++)进入膜去极化作用。切断迷走神经、阿托品均可部分阻断其兴奋效应。补充丙酸睾丸素加虫草菌组与单纯虫草菌组结果有类似效果。并有一定协同作用。推测虫草菌有效成份除含有多糖及虫草酸外也具有明显激素样作用。与其选择雄蚕蛾作为虫草菌培养基有关。
Thirty male Sprague-Dawley rats were used to replicate the ovariectomized spleen deficiency model. Intragastric injection of 100% Cordyceps sinensis decoction can significantly change the gastroelectric rhythm, peak potential, and gastric motility contraction frequency and amplitude under pathological conditions. It may be directly related to the cyclical enhancement or excitation of the cell membrane electro sodium pump, which increases the amplitude of smooth muscle contraction and promotes the depolarization of Ca ++ into the membrane. Cut off the vagus nerve, atropine can partially block its stimulant effect. Supplementation with testosterone propionate plus Cordyceps sinensis and Cordyceps sinensis had similar effects. And there is a certain synergy. It is presumed that the active ingredients of Cordyceps militaris also have obvious hormone-like effects in addition to polysaccharides and cordycepic acid. The male silkworm moth was selected as a medium for Cordyceps bacteria.
