本文根据北京型机车车体结构,较详细地分析了车体受力情况和车体车架变形规律,并针对车体车架主要变形类型提出了相应的调修工艺方法。指出,掌握丰富的实践经验能取得事半功倍的良好效果。
Based on the structure of Beijing locomotive body, this paper analyzes the stress of the bodywork and the deformation law of the body frame in detail, and puts forward the corresponding repair process method according to the main deformation of the bodyframe. He pointed out that having rich practical experience can achieve a multiplier effect with good results.
